As a Customer Care Agent for our indian team, you will support and advise our customers with empathy and professionalism – via email, chat and phone. Become part of our dedicated team and actively contribute to high customer satisfaction across international markets.
Your responsibilities – The craft of your role:
- You support and advise international customers via email, chat and phone, ensuring a professional and solution-oriented service experience
- You handle pre and after sales inquiries, from the first customer contact through order processing to complaints and follow-up cases
- You work with international e-commerce platforms and internal systems to manage customer requests efficiently
- You contribute to continuously improving service quality and make independent decisions regarding returns, replacements, refunds and spare parts
- You act as a representative of the Massivmoebel24 brand and ensure a consistent, friendly and customer-focused communication style
- You support cross-departmental administrative and commercial tasks, including documentation and coordination with internal teams
Your Profile – Made of the Right Stuff
- You have completed a commercial education or hold a degree in business, communications or a comparable field, or you bring relevant practical experience in customer service
- Ideally, you already have experience in international customer support, e-commerce or a service-oriented role
- Excellent English language skills (written and spoken) are mandatory – level:C1; German language skills are a plus, but not required
- You have strong communication skills, a service-oriented mindset and a high level of customer focus
- You work independently, in a structured and reliable manner and bring initiative and team spirit to your daily work
