To strengthen our international team, we are looking for a Product Image Editing & AI Visual Content Specialist (m/f/d) at our site in Jodhpur, Rajasthan, India.

In this role, you will be responsible for creating, editing and optimizing high-quality visual content for our furniture products. The focus of this position is on professional image editing, retouching, cut-out images, dimensional images, AI-supported image workflows and the creation of realistic product and marketing visuals. Product photography may be part of the role, but the main emphasis is on post-production, visual quality, accuracy and the responsible use of modern AI tools. With your eye for detail, technical expertise and creative approach, you will help present our products in the best possible way across our online shops, marketplaces and marketing channels.

Your responsibilities:

Professional image editing and retouching of product images, including background removal, color correction, shadow and reflection optimization, cropping and resizing
Creating standardized cut-out images for online shops, marketplaces and marketing channels
Editing and optimizing product images according to internal quality and brand standards
Creating high-quality dimensional images using Adobe programs
AI-supported image editing and AI image generation for product and marketing visuals
Using AI tools to support visual workflows, image enhancement, background creation, product staging and lifestyle-oriented visuals
Ensuring realistic, accurate and brand-compliant results when using AI tools
Supporting the creation of visual assets such as product images, room scenes and lifestyle-oriented marketing visuals
Ensuring outstanding image quality on your own responsibility
Checking product images for accuracy, consistency, proportions, colors and product authenticity
Independently and accurately measuring furniture, including internal and external dimensions, where required for dimensional images
Supporting product photo shoots when needed, including reducing reflections and positioning furniture precisely
Further developing our image editing, post-production and AI-based visual standards in collaboration with the head office in Germany
Working closely with colleagues in Germany in the areas of image processing, photography, purchasing and marketing

Your profile:

Training or studies as a media designer, graphic designer, image editor, photographer or a comparable qualification
Strong experience in professional image editing and retouching
Excellent knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom; knowledge of further Adobe programs is an advantage
Experience with cut-out images, background removal, color correction, image optimization and product retouching
Good experience with AI-supported image editing and image generation tools, e.g. Google Gemini, Photoshop AI features, Midjourney or similar tools
Strong understanding of image composition, lighting, perspective, color, proportions and visual quality standards
High attention to detail and a strong sense of accuracy, consistency and product authenticity
Experience in product photography, ideally with furniture or larger products, is an advantage but not the main focus of the role
Ability to work independently, structured and quality-oriented
Familiarity with data management principles, practices and tools is an advantage
Proficient in MS Office
Awareness of responsible AI usage, copyrights and brand-compliant visual content creation
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
Knowledge of another language, e.g. German, would be an advantage
Interested in working with an international team
