Frequently asked questions
For your application, a CV and relevant references/certificates are sufficient. Optionally, you may include a cover letter stating your salary expectations and possible start date. Applicants for creative positions are kindly asked to submit a portfolio.
After submitting your application, you will receive confirmation of receipt. You will usually hear back from us within two to three weeks.
This will be followed by an initial digital interview and a second interview (possibly with a trial day) on site. This will give you the opportunity to get to know us, your team and our sustainable way of working, and we can see whether we are a good fit for each other.
A structured onboarding process is important to us. You will receive all the necessary information before your start date. During your onboarding, your team will guide you step by step through our processes — from sustainable timber sourcing in purchasing to our modern e-commerce operations. A mentor will ensure that you feel confident and valued from day one.
For us, success means shaping sustainable furniture worlds together and achieving measurable goals. It’s not just about revenue figures, but also about living our values and contributing to the team. We support you with training, mentoring, and clear goal agreements so you can continue to grow both professionally and personally.
We work with flexible hours and offer a 60/40 home office model: three days in the office and two days remote (depending on the position). This allows you to balance your professional and personal life effectively. We also support healthy working conditions with ergonomic workstations, health programs, and a dog-friendly office — so you can feel completely comfortable at work.
